All first-time orders are shipped by Royal Mail using a 24-hour tracked service.

Please note subsequent orders are shipped using Royal Mail 48 hour tracked service.

For subscription orders, after the initial delivery, these are shipped by Royal Mail using a 48-hour service.

We aim to process all orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday on the same day. During busy periods there can be delays, but we will always aim to get the order out the same day.

Any orders received on a Friday after 3pm will be dispatched the following Monday.

Any orders due for delivery on a bank holiday will be delivered on the next working day following the bank holiday.

If an order is placed on a bank holiday, it will not be processed until the next working day, and the delivery timings for the next working day will apply.

Due to the nature of our product (ingestible supplement), we can only accept returns on unopened and unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
